Jetty Road started out busking the streets of Tamworth with dreams of making it to the top. Now more than a decade on, this multi award-winning trio are one of Australian Country Music’s most respected and beloved acts. Having won a multitude of awards along the way including two Golden Guitars, an APRA Award finalist spot and five Southern Star Independent Artist of Australia Awards, they continue to grow from strength to strength.
Imagine a sound somewhere between Fleetwood Mac and The Corrs, with remarkable harmonies that only identical twin lead singers can create, and you have captured the essence of Melbourne’s own Jetty Road.
Their album ’Hearts On Fire’ was recorded in Canada in 2015 and has firmly reinforced the band’s status as one of the premiere acts in the country. The ARIA #2 chart position set a new benchmark for the band on release. Their last single ‘Shakedown’ crushed its way to #1 on the Country Music Channel in early 2018.
In 2019, the band signed a new record deal and have a new single ‘Because We Can’ hitting in February, and they prepare for a big year ahead. With numerous other scheduled single releases throughout the year it is sure to be a big one for Jetty Road.
